The layout and the surroundings are beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. However, there were many dead bugs (spiders, beetles) found all around on the floor. The shower was so moldy, I was completely grossed out. And the shampoo and body wash, hung on the wall, were both empty, which I didn't know until I was already in there. The hotel itself is lovely, but because of this room, I might not stay here again.

Pros:Beautiful grounds at the Inn and the breakfast was very tasty and reasonably priced
Location:We attended a concert at Mohegan Sun and it was less than 1 mile away
We enjoyed our overnight at Norwich Inn We were unable to take advantage of amenities due to prior commitments We shall return

Loved the service

We spent the day at the spa and then rented a Villa for the night. The service was out of this world and we they even sent someone to light the fire for us. It was great service in the spa too. I can't wait to go back.
