The room was clean and comfortable. Upon entering the room the HVAC unit cover was off the unit and laying on the floor in front of the unit. I turned on the heat, and there was a whistling notice coming from the unit. It finally went away after an hour of running it. Shortly after checking into room, someone knocked on the door and said that the gentleman at the front desk gave him the room I was in. I told him that I was given the room key to this room, and I’m not leaving. I later informed a different young woman at the front desk about that, and she apologized for the confusion, and that I was supposed to be given a different room by the first gentleman at the desk, and I could continue to stay in my room.

The room we stayed in had a horrible smell. We also found out later on that it was used as a show room, so it is a high foot traffic area. The door entrance to our room had a big gap on bottom, you can see out into hallway and I’m sure you can see in. Not a comfortable stay at all. The pillows were completely flat. The towels were old and rough. Batteries in remote had acid preventing it to function. This place is in need of an upgrade or even a deep clean of everything. They serve breakfast in brown bags, they were out of them by 9am. All the beautiful antiques that are pictured are bundled up in a corner, closed off due to I’m guessing Covid and collecting dust. Dark and damp.

Uniqueness. Fish tanks are nice. Breakfast could be improved a lot. "Bag breakfasts." One bag had fruit (orange) but another bag had none for no apparent reason.

The place was a dump, wall paper peeling, dirty grout in the bathroom tiles, wet towels in bathroom when we arrived. Not enough beds, gave us the wrong room. I had no bed to sleep in. All vending machines and ice machines were empty. No breakfast served as promised, instead we got a muffin and a water in a bag to fend for ourselves.

The so called breakfast in the morning is changed, they hand you a paper bag with water a yogurt and a cheap stale cinnamon roll. I'm soo disappointed, I don't know how they're allowed to call that breakfast! They're breakfast used to be great. I just stayed in a different town in CT on my trip up to where I was going and they had a full breakfast so I don't understand how this hotel couldn't have that too? Very Dissatisfied!

Horrible hotel. They cjharged me twice for smoking in the room. I dont smoke. There was burn holes in the floor . Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
