The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. The property seemed very clean, however there was hair in my shower and on the toilet. Took me several mins to work the tv, come to find out a plug wasn’t even attached. Very calm and relaxing here, just disappointed in those few things.

When I arrived at the property I was told that I was relocated to another hotel down the street because they were overbooked. Not sure how this happened because I made my reservation on April 22, 2019 and this is November. I was also told that I was not going to have to pay for the room because of this inconvenience which was the right thing to do. The only problem is I booked thru Expedia and already paid for it. Now I have to wait to see who is going to refund my money- Fairfield or Expedia

I am so happy we chose this hotel! The room was extremely spacious, had two TVs, a refrigerator and microwave! The staff was friendly, they had a shuttle that ran every 10 minutes to the casino… And a great breakfast in the morning! We will be back thank you!
