I was charged twice for a one night stay - got texts from my credit card company when we checked in at 10:30 pm. Decided to wait til morning to talk to the front desk. I was assured that both charges would not go through and that they were just pending. I asked for a credit for one of the charges but the desk clerk would not refund my credit card for the extra charge. Well, both charges were posted on my credit card and I’m now disputing with my credit card company. Disappointed because I tried to get the issue addressed while on property - showed them the texts from my credit card company and also showed them the charges within my credit card app. Didn’t help. I better win the dispute or I’ve been totally ripped off by this hotel.
