Front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. Not only with us but with other people that were in front of me. To be the first thing to experience when you arrive really makes you think twice before staying there again. The rooms were clean, everything was very clean especially the lobby and bathrooms, we were impressed how clean they were.

The front desk people are very good and help with any concerns. Our bathroom light flickered all the time. I reported it, came and attempted to fix but that made it worse. Housekeeping did not restock items even when I left a note.

Liked that our room was ready before check in. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. Did not like that the carpet was dirty and the tile floors in bathroom were slippery. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors. We were only staying on night. The waitress in the dinning room was the only one working. She worked hard to keep everyone happy

Smelled good. On the beach. Clean except for the hair still stuck on the shower walls. Bed comfortable. Staff very nice.

Hotel is right on the beach. Room overlooked the ocean and the beach. I didn't like parking across the street from the hotel. I didn't feel safe crossing the busy street.
