We had a few issues. we didn't ask for handicap room, but got one, the coffee maker didn't work, the clock was set to wrong time and couldn't be changed (fortunately we brought our own clock), the noise from the elevators kept us up most of the night, and we couldn't get ESPN or other popular sport channels on the TV. For the amount of $ it cost to stay we felt parking should be included, but we had to pay full price.
