Entry way rug filthy. Elevator trapped guests. Mold in shower area. beds creak and wobble. Mattresses were rock hard with no springs under them. pillows looked ancient and lumpy. First and last time I try a Tru hotel. I can't believe it was a Hilton!!

I’m old fashion so I like carpet on the floor. We were on the 3rd floor and we heard a lot of noise from the room above us. I was disappointed that there were no cups or coffee maker or microwave in the room, so we had to run down to the lobby multiple times. The hand held shower head didn’t work. I was unhappy with the quality of the room for the price. The breakfast bar however was very nice. Will not be staying at Tru by Hilton hotel again.

Very sparsely furnished. Only 1 chair. Soap and body shampoo in squeeze bottles attached to wall. If you have arthritis then very hard to get liquid out of bottle. No recycling on property Breakfast was a grade "C', powder eggs and stale bagels. Coffee was hot and strong which was the highlight.

patio area was nice where it was positioned, it felt at home, the pool area was very beautiful and all the amenities of the area in the pool area were well maintained and cleaned as well as the lobby area, I also felt like the lobby was inviting and warm and homely also, the lounge area was exceptional too .

The room wasn't clean it was dirty and im confused why when its a open space, where yiu can see every nook and cranny There shouldn't have been dirt in the corners and on the walls. I know the room wasn't clean because of that and there was hair in the shower and i just cchecked n... I will not stay at this one again very disappointed.

Thank you for the review. Hard floors get swept, and mopped. Theres no easy way to get corners, thankfully you dont walk in corners. Carpeting hides everything, but that does not mean its clean.
