Our room hadn’t been cleaned so my husband had to go back to the front desk & wait behind 5 other people checking in before we could get another room. We did get an upgraded room so it turned out fine in the end. Staff was very helpful. Came to our room to program our TV

I didn't like that the heater blower motor was loud, sounded like a bearing was going bad on it.

Hotel is close to good dining and highest access. Main issue was cleanliness and the hotel is really dated - no upgrades. There are many hotels within walking distance to this one that are within a close price range and newer.

The kids liked the pool. The staff we interacted with were friendly. Our room wasn’t clean and around the shower head was mushy around it and had black mold. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the pool was closed and we had to find somewhere else to take our grandchildren to swim.

Room was clean and the area was nice. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. At one point i needed a fork and there was no staff to he found anywhere. I was finally able to locate the "cafe" and locate a plastic fork. Bever seen a staff member. Person who checked me in was not friendly at all, almost robotic and was more concerned about a conversation he was having with another employee then helping me.
