AC was extremely loud in most rooms and was hard to rest, shower did not work as intended due to soap scum on the shower heads, took multiple times to get additional towels. Property was not clean in entry ways or elevators, they smelled horrible.

Ice machine wasn’t working on 4th floor. No early coffee in the lobby. Only ONE coffee packet in the room (regular coffee), and none of the three computers in business center worked. Should have stayed at Holiday Inn Express or Hampton
