Indoor pool was nice but, cold, hot tub was nice, strange character hanging out in lobby who accosted my grand daughters. Later he accosted another family trying to check in and got punched in the face so police were called. This was NOT the fault of the hotel. They tried to get him to leave earlier but he must have been mentally ill. Maybe an on site security guard is needed when busy like Spring Break or weekends.

Front desk clerk didn’t sound happy at al. He was dry most of the time. The water didn’t get hot at all. The house keepers were extremely loud having conversations from one end of the hall to the next. My room was suppose to be ready by check in time, it wasn’t ready until 4pm. My card stopped working while trying to get in the building while it was raining. I will NEVER return to this hotel.

I liked that it was easy to find and the ladies who checked me in were pleasant and helpful. I didn’t like the breakfast although complimentary. The elevator was extremely slow and housekeeping could’ve been better. The floor was sticky.
