Didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t shut the heat off with the BROKEN thermostat. The carpeting in the entire unit is filthy..The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and the door handle was broken.

Old building but fine for an economical night near Harvard. GPS took me past it then u turn then to the back of the building with no way to get to front from there. Had to circle around to check in. When close, do not look at your GPS but look for their sign. Friendly staff

Terrible dissappointment

Pros: The location was nice. it has great potential to be a nice, pleasant place, but it is very ill-maintained.
Cons: The paint, the carpets, the doors, the bathrooms, the smell, the state of everything. it is simply old and not well kept.
Location: i don't know. i left the hotel as soon as it was possible.
The pictures from the site have nothing to do with the place i arrived to. This place was horrible. Old, dirty, in bad condition. The room smell of cigarettes, the bathroom drainage was not working so you shower in your own dirt....i just hated it and left the following morning....running as fast as it was possible. Hated it, hated it.

It's not a luxury hotel

It's a clean basic motel. Price & distance to Boston were main factors in choosing this motel. At least 3 chain Restaurants within walking distance.

What a dive!

Pros: Nothing, except the man at the front desk was helpful.
Nothing like what we expected from what we saw online. It is a motel, not a hotel. The room was outdated and smelled bad. Bathroom was very small, outdated and in disrepair. Checked out after the first night. Would not have even stayed one night, but we arrived quite late. To his credit, the person at the front desk was helpful in getting some of the unused nights refunded through Travelocity, although they were not very cooperative with him.

sleep in your car you will be better off

i can not remember ,ever, being so completely grossed out about staying in a hotel!!! . the service was sub-standard at best, the first room that they gave me was torn apart, the second wasnt, however smelled like there was a smoking party in the room the night before, the bathroom had mold in the corners, thick mold, the sheets on the bed had cigarette burns through them,and just totally repugnant is the best term i can use to describe the overall experince. we even had to sleep with the lights on as well as the tv on , lights to keep the bed bugs from coming out, the tv so the cockroaches wouldn't come out. needless to say i will never even contemplate recommending this place ,even to my worst enemy!

The word dump doesn't cover it.

Pros: close shops and restaurants
Cons: sketchy people everywhere, dirty
Poor service, dirty, smelly and a lot of sketchy people everywhere. It is the perfect blend of ghetto and high-brow,try not to walk around alone at night, I seriously thought my life was in danger!! If you know what you are getting, the Monticello Framingham can fit the bill perfectly. The room smelled carpet deodorizer, Lysol and urine all at once, really filthy! Almost impossible to breath, I needed fresh air, but the window wouldn't open. NO HEAT, running toilet, leaking water on bathroom floor, no Wi-Fi as advertised In desperate need of remodeling and renovations, and upgrading out of the 40s. RUDE front desk stuff!!!! Perhaps the worst motel in the area, pay the extra $20.00 a night and stay somewhere MUCH better in the same area, there is no reason to stay in this place. Please, Consider Yourself Warned!
