Made a reservation almost a month in advance and, despite my calling the morning of check-in to confirm my reservation (to which they replied that I was all set), they said they didn’t have a room for me when we tried to check in. Staff member was rude and unhelpful and there was no manager on duty. Several large families were affected by this issue and all they could offer anyone was a single queen or king room (no rollaway beds even). Since most of the surrounding properties were also completely booked, we ended up having to drive an hour away to find a different hotel.

We checked in and were assigned a room, we went to the room and it had one full size bed. Our reservation was for a room with two twin size beds. We went to front desk and we're told they didn't have any rooms with twin beds. We were offered rooms with two queen size beds on the 2nd and 3rd floors at additional cost. We declined due to I am handicapped and could not walk the distance required. Had a bad night ending up with all sheets and blankets on the floor next to my wife.

Dear Guest, I apologize but we do not have any twin size rooms. We only have King or Queen beds in our hotel.
