Don’t be tricked by the Country Inn and Suites’ name. We're Club Carlson members (now under the Radisson Rewards umbrella) and never stayed in one as awful as this place. What was supposed to be a relaxing night’s stay before an early flight, turned into a costly nightmare. After checking in and given a room that was dirty with mud on the floor and unmade beds. we were moved to another room, which we alarmingly discovered at 4 a.m. getting ready for the flight, did not have running water in the shower! When we checked out, my wife forgot her bag with expensive cosmetics and face-care moisturizers. At any other Country Inn and Suites, this would have been met with setting aside the bag and calling us. Not here. The staff treated the situation like a band of pirates stuffing their pockets with over $200 in cosmetics. When my wife called the hotel about the bag, she was told they would not mail it without a pre-paid label being sent to them. So she made the two-hour trip to the hotel to retrieve her cosmetics. When she did an inspection, she discovered the theft. The unapologetic staff member told her that there was nothing they could do. The manager did not return her call. Whether the staff or the housekeepers committed the theft, it doesn’t matter. The hotel is undergoing construction. Once it’s done, I am sure they will advertise how beautiful it is. Don’t be fooled. There’s not enough new paint to hide the character of its employees. Avoid this trainwreck at all costs.

There is no turn down service. My family was gone all day and the beds were not made and we did not get new towels. When I went to the front desk to get new towels, the manager did not give me any. She said I had to wait until the laundry crew arrived because she had none. However, when I left my room to check out, I saw a whole shelf of clean towels. The breakfast is a brown bag breakfast with a nasty red delicious apple, an instant oatmeal and a Quaker granola bar. Now I understand why the price was so cheap.
