Hallways were not vacuumed was a dead giveaway. Room was not vacuumed, heating unit didn’t work, toilet was running, shower dispensers fell off wall into tub and room next to us apparently we’re having domestic issues most of the night. Outside of that “perfect “. Needless to say that after never having an issue with Marriott it only takes 1 bad experience to never go to another Marriott or affiliate. That was the one. Too bad.

Marketplace was great as our event didn't end until after all restaurants were closed. It allowed us to have food & drink! HELPFUL Suggestion: Add in a coupleof subs or something from a local vendor (e.g. Jimmy Johns, Subways, etc)

The staff were very kind and accomidating. The bistro bartender/cook was so friendly and fun. He had a beautiful personality and it made our stay an extremely positive experience.

Convenient hotel in Southeast Grand Rapids

Pros: Clean, quiet, excellent staff, close to many restaurants.
Cons: nothing
Location: Convenient to airport and Calvin College.
Very nice hotel, appears brand new, convenient to Gerald Ford Airport and southeast Grand Rapids, and Calvin College.

Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing...absolutely nice experience.
Location: Excellent
This is a place I've stayed before, and will stay again when in the area. Everything regarding hotel and employees was excellent.
