For the price I was completely underwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff and willingness to be helpful. I was a complete inconvenience to the only 2 people I interacted with and will not be my next choice for Hotel to stay at.

I would like to apologize for the service you received. We pride ourselves in customer service and it seems like we failed you. please let me know if I can do anything for you.

When I arrived and tried to check-in at 6:45pm, I was told that due to my reservation being a King room, it would not be ready until almost 8pm! The normal check-in time is 3pm according to the booking site and website details. Upon check-in they told us that the pool and spa were open until 10pm for children and 12am for adults. We tried to go to the pool/spa at 10:30 and children were still running around, screaming at the top of their lungs.

I am truly sorry, that you may of been misinformed about the pool hours here, as the Adult swim begins at 10:30pm until Midnight, not 10 pm. I am sorry to hear we did not exceed your expectations and hope to have a chance in the near future to make a better impression.

Hotel was very nice and clean. I don’t usually book hotels where I have to pay for breakfast, but the weekend breakfast buffet for $10 was fantastic and worth it! The only issue we had was that the shower leaked pretty badly into a corner of the bathroom. Other than that, everything was very nice.

It is close to my Granddaughter! The pool is wonderful. Parking lot was very icy and not well cleared.
