Stunning views, great location, very large home accommodating family or families well. The management company couldn’t have been nicer. Sometimes things come up with mountain homes and they Were great at communicating and finding solutions. Really all you can ask. Thanks, we would love to come back.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!
House is massive and sleeps a whole lot and the view is breathtaking! It's technically 2 homes in one. The other half is accessed from the outside! We noticed it only on day 2 after thinking it was a bad listing. But then found the entrance to the other side. Well worth the price with great memories and safe for kids due to carpet.

Huge hillside property with great lake views, many bedrooms and bathrooms
I have provided a very comprehensive review because all of this information would have been very helpful to me in deciding whether to select this property or not. You can decide what is important to you. Overall, this property was a good choice for our large group of 12, in particular because of the views and each bedroom having its own bathroom. Positives: *Exceptional lake views, especially from main deck *Bedrooms each have their own full bathroom, a real bonus for our large group. *Two master suites in the main house each have soaking tubs and dry saunas *”In-law unit” is attached to the main house but has a separate keyed entrance. Completely private. Both bedrooms in this unit have small kitchen areas with sinks, mini refrigerators, sitting areas. *Main kitchen has two side-by-side refrigerators and freezers, perfect for our large group. *Main kitchen was very well stocked with plates, glassware, cooking ware, silverware, and utensils. *Large dining room table comfortably seated ten adults, with lake views. *Nice large, open seating in the main living room. *No TV in main living room! With the deck and lake views, this made sense. There is a flat screen in the kitchen and in some of the bedrooms. *Very reasonable cancellation policy. Concerns: *This hillside house has many levels and stairs and is not a good choice for guests with mobility issues or small children. No level, outdoor play space for kids. *Fairly low deck rail on the main deck. *Some of the beds were simply not comfortable and I can sleep on almost anything. *Guests are not given a key to the lower entrance of the in-law unit, only the upper. That made no sense to us. A key would have been helpful. *Toilets are older low-seating and often did not flush well. These really should be upgraded. *No mobile garage door openers or keypad. If you park in the garage you have to close the door from inside the garage when leaving then go out the front door then back to your car. To open the door when returning, you have to go inside the house, then open the door inside the garage. Most rentals with a garage provide openers. *As this is a property for large groups, the main deck would benefit from more outdoor chairs, maybe even a second small table. *Several overhead light bulbs were out. This could be easily addressed with a good checklist for housekeepers or maintenance.

Great views and very clean!
We booked this place 6 months in advance for my brother-in-law's bachelor party and it was awesome! The house was very clean! The check-in/check-out process was smooth and straight forward. We definitely plan to come back soon. Everything was in working order, although the ignitor on the stove seemed to stay on once in awhile after being lit, but we eventually got it working without issues. There was plenty of space for the 13 guys we had in the house. The view of the water was fantastic, from sunrise to sunsets and even being able to see rain and storms develop across the lake was even more incredible! I highly recommend this property!

The amenities listed in the listing were not working as expected upon arrival. The hot tub (not as pictured) had power but would not heat up to appropriate temperature. The dry sauna room was not functioning properly. A few lights were not working and only one light bulb was replaced during our stay. The deck did not have a table as pictured. The kitchen stove does not light properly and requires a lighter to light. The bathtub did not have a proper plug to hold the water in which made the bathtub jacuzzi inoperable. Heating in the separate unit was not properly distributed and only had 1 thermostat so the lower level was always cold. The bedding and towels were all old and yellowing of color.

Better than the pictures suggest!
This property was better than I expected. Very clean, looks better than the pictures. We had a wonderful weekend getaway for some friends and family. The house is huge with plenty of space for each guest. It's close to town and less than a 20 minute drive to Sandy Harbor Beach. Our only issues were the fire alarm going off all night long. They had given us warning that the alarm was sensitive and to air out the kitchen when cooking, but it was definitely more than that. Once the alarm started going off it wouldn't stop. It was sporadic, but sometimes it would be going off every 10 minutes. I had to stay up for an hour in the middle of the night to turn it off while my guests got some sleep. Ruby, one of the property managers, seemed like she was having a busy night and wasn't able to answer my texts on the texting line, but did pick up the phone every time I called. She patiently walked me through to fix it over the phone, but it wasn't quite enough. They sent out a technician the following day and the problem was solved for the second night of our trip. Only other concerns was that the hot tub was slightly slimy/smelly. And most of the bathroom doors do not have locks on them. Overall the pros outweighed the cons and I would still recommend this property and Lake Tahoe Accommodations. Should we plan another trip here, I would book with them again!

Great House for Family Reunion
Lots of space and beautiful views! The house easily accommodated our 15 extended family members. The two big fridges in the kitchen were essential! There were a few things that we could’ve used but not worth lowering the rating. For future guests just be advised that there are no available beach chairs so bring your own. Also the utensils are sparse, especially steak knives. And not a lot of glassware for such a large group so bring Plastic cups. While the deck is wonderful it’s too bad the highway is right below and it could get a little loud even at night sleeping with widows open-no AC so open windows in summer is a must. Therefore ear plugs saved the night! Still we’d come back again. Thanks for everything!

Great house for a big group!
This house is exactly as promised, but I don't think the pictures give it justice. Truly beautiful views from all rooms, the second apartment isn't awkward to get to at all. Note - the kitchen only has dishes - you do need to bring your own oil, spices, etc. Will be staying here again!

Large Tahoe Home
lovely property that provided wonderful view and comfortable accommodations for large group. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable. Wish I had clarified how the kitchen was stocked prior to staying there as no coffee filters, foil or plastic wrap. Inadequate coffee pots that made undrinkable coffee (brought fresh ground ) recycle and garbage containers were locked making clean up somewhat difficult. While outdoor furniture was attractive, the chairs were overly generous with slivers! Might consider a warning to guests. Also need to provide instructions for TV's. None of these issues were extreme just would have been better prepared had I had a "heads up"
