The room was OK, nothing special. But having your system be down every night for four hours is inexcusable. We couldn’t really check in and they had to give us our key and honor us until the next morning. But all in all this was a satisfactory experience.

I had a terrible stay. First the front desk gave me terrible walking directions. I ended up walking 2 miles at 10 pm in the cold. Then the room upstair stomped around from midnight until 4 am. At 830 am house keeping was trying to get into my room. I guess the do not disturb sign had fallen off the door handle. I told house keeping i needed to sleep because i had 500 miles to drive. They parked their carts infront of my room and made constant noise. Every trip to the car i had to tell them i am not leaving yet. When i complained to the front desk, she blew me off and acted annoyed. IF YOU VALUE SLEEP DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Big plus for my grandchild was the indoor heated pool. She loved being able to swim after dinner for several hours. The room was very comfortable and having a refrigerator plus a microwave when traveling with a child was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an AWESOME stay!!! Sofia...the front desk associate was courteous and very helpful!! Eddie’s omelette was delightfully delicious!! Can’t wait to do another get away!!
