Filthy. No blanket on bed. Housekeeping looked like Armageddon. Drug use in parking lot. Receptionist left at will, leaving no one but the crack head outside in charge. Again. The filth. Carpet was moist n nasty. Scared to walk around w no shoes. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Nothing like pictures on website. Not clean, no comforters unless asked for covid(?). We check in went to eat. Got back late walked in room water dripping from light in bathroom water all over floor. Mant. came cleaned up water. We stayed tbe night nothing else available. Ask for discount next morning. Help i dont know how to do that but i will let my boss know and have them contact me. Havent heard from anyone. Do not recomend this property.

This hotel is awful. Was sent to the first room. It smelled like cigarettes and was still trashed. Sent to a second room- it’s just not clean. Third room is clean- just missing towels. I go get towels from the desk no big deal. Come back get in the shower and bam someone is opening my door while I’m jumping out to grab a towel. I left. I went back later to sleep- literally all night long was full of people running around and getting ice- I was in the first room at the end of the hall- next to all vending for the whole hotel and the back door. Smh. Never again. I was so exhausted from driving 12 hours and spent $90 for a room and I couldn’t shower or sleep in peace. What a waste of money.

This is the perfect place to go for a Hunter Biden style lost weekend, complete with drugs and prostitutes right there in the parking lot

The location of the hotel is ideal. It was short driving distance to the NLBM and Jazz museum.

Front desk and cleaning staff friendly and professional. I felt sorry for cleaning staff because property is sorely in need of renovation there is only so much they could do to make it presentable. I've always liked La Quinta Inns but this was a big letdown. I would have expected to pay $75 a night but not $125 so I'm disappointed in Travelocity, too. My son said I got ripped off and should use Hotels.com next time. For example, laminate flooring was rotting out around toilet ( because of slow leak.) Bathtub didn't drain. You get the picture.
