The value was good, rooms were clean and I would stay here again. The rooms are only scheduled to be cleaned every 7 days. We were not advised of that on check in. We were told we could put used wet towels in the hallway and they would pick them up. I put them out around 5 pm and they were still there when we checked out at 11 am the next day. The breakfast was lacking.

Pros: Location off I-70, free parking, breakfast and laundry.
Cons: Clean the rooms more often and get rid of the bed bugs.
This was a very convenient stay and I enjoyed the free amenities. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel on my return trip home caused me to endure bed bugs in the room assigned. I discovered the bites the next day and sprayed the linens with 91% rubbing alcohol. No new bite marks received after that treatment.

Staybridge Suites Comments

Cons: I hope that reserving my room through travelocity didn't automatically give me a handicap accessible room?
Location: Shopping, restaurants, mall close...just a block or two. Easy access to the interstate
This hotel was a pleasant surprise with the cleanliness and contemporary decor/setup. I did get put into a handicap accessible room for whatever reason...but I didn't want to complain. The breakfast setup, staff and space was very nice. I would stay again.

Not the place to stay this winter

Outdoor pool and hot tub...The front desk wasn't helpful when asked where we could swim. The breakfast wasn't stocked very well when we were down to eat at 8:30 and the help was slow to re-stock. Maybe they just got hit hard before we came down. Our family just didn't feel welcomed.
