Trash all over the place, no hot water, no AC in the room, no coffee in the room. Hiwever check was great because we got there early

New owner trying, in process of improving the property, should be wonderful when done. Mostly clea, but found hairs in the sheets, owner was appauled and was to talk with housekeeping. No coffee available on site. Overall good
