Indoor pool is fun for kids. But there was no place to sit and relax outside.

The property itself is decent. It is close to the highway but quiet. There were not daily housekeeping services. You had to schedule them at the front desk except we were not told this until the next day when I questioned why our room hadn’t been serviced. The front desk staff was not welcoming. We were given a king room for three adults, went back to the desk and got a queen room only to have to trade again because that room reeked of smoke. The third time room was good. The rate through Travelocity was good but the hotel repeatedly knocked booking through third party. Over all the stay served our purpose but I will seek alternative accommodations when in the area again.

Janice was an amazing help at the front desk. When I tried to check in early, she didn’t have my room type available but found us a nice room we could immediately get into. She was awesome! (As was Richard, who was taking time out to clean up the already clean lobby while pointing us to the nearest restaurants.) Wonderful staff there...we will definitely return!
