Everything was good until about four hours into my stay then these bugs started crawling everywhere and they were cockroaches. Soon my room was just covered in them and I had to get out of there it was disgusting. I am fighting to get a refund back. Never in my life have I ever experienced that

Cockroach in the visible trap. Droppings in the sheets. Wet towel at the front of the open refrigerator. Filthy shower floor. Window on the first floor that does not lock.

Well first of all the beds was not queen size and the room had a big hole that was fixed but not repainted t.v was so small didnt have much channels for being satellite and no wifi

We checked in very late but we got to our room quickly. It was not the most cleanly room. We also had a problem with the door not shutting.

The door to my room would not close/lock unless I turned the door latch every time. Shower barely had water running out. And it took 10 minutes for the water ti to get even warm to shower. Then I went to use dryer for my hair. Would not work.

On check-in, the room we were initially offered had no sheets and had not been cleaned. Obviously the maids only clean some of the room instead of all of them.
