Not very clean
Good location and parking was easy. Initial room we were given was dirty with facial hair in the sink and the carpet was filthy with several white pills on the floor which was especially concerning as I was travelling with two small children. Guest services were helpful and apologetic and did move us to another room and left some treats for the kids which they enjoyed.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Excellent levels of cleanliness, despite some minor renovation work being done. The work causes minimal impact on the overall quality of the services. This will definitely be our future place to stay when flying from Liverpool
