I use the hotel when I visit a site in Knowsley - generally good but slow service with the food and the room was ok but bed side shelf was hanging off and worked needed. Other than that everything else fine.

Lovely staff. BEWARE OF HOTEL. COM CHARGING EXTRA.
We had a lovely stay at the Knowsley hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It’s a pity the stay was marred by Hotels.com quoting €168, but they charged me €188, I had requested they refund the error but they just advised me to cancel if I wasn’t happy. Of Hotels.com. I will vote with my feet, never using Hotels.com again if this is the way they treat their customers.

Went to see some friends, breakfast was £10.99 each only Lukewarm not kept hot enough and buffet style on smallest plate asked for dog friendly hotel got charged extra £40 pounds for two small dogs for 2 nights, taps loose in bathroom sink try turn on and whole taps turned fire alarm on ceiling kept flashing bright green all time every 15 seconds kept awake by it complained so they said yes it normal so they stuck some tape to cover it for second night ,glad only 2 night stay, staff were good after having the breakfast would not eat evening meals,would not stay again

Not Bad, but Beds Could Use a Upgrade
Had a decent stay at this hotel, only a 20-minute drive from Liverpool's city centre. Bonus points for the car park and wallet-friendly rates. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, but gotta say, the beds are kinda rock-hard. Overall, it's a good pick for a budget-friendly and convenient stay.
