After a long day of trave and overnight fllight, friendly staff wecomed us and our comfy room was availabe early. Would definitely stay again if we trave to London.

Did not a great experience staying here. Part of it is the location (not their fault) and part of it was the facility. First to the location – I do NOT recommend staying here unless you are flying in or out of terminal 4! I thought it would be Easy to get from terminal 5 to terminal 4, but it is very far and very difficult to get to. It’s a 30£ taxi ride or a 30 to 40 minute bus or tube. it was crazily inconvenient. So this is not a criticism of the hotel, but just a warning to other travelers. I thought I would make my life easier by staying in the terminal rather than going into London for my overnight, but it took me more than an hour to get from term 5 to this hotel using the tube. I could’ve been to a hotel at Paddington Station in half the time. Now about the property. It was a fair price and the room as well sized, and from a housekeeping perspective quite clean. However, the couch, which is made of material, appeared filthy. It had visible stains on the material and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. so that’s why I marked them down for cleanliness/facility. The bedding was good quality and the mattress is quite firm . There are blackout curtains, and I found my room fairly quiet. The breakfast is generous. I arrived quite late and there was a line of about 10 people to check in when I arrived. When I tried to get help about transit to terminal 5 the next day, I did not find the staff particularly clear/helpful- surprising because people must ask every day

Property was new, well maintained, clean, very convenient to Heathrow Airport and surprisingly affordable. The bar area was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was impressive; far exceeding expectations.

This is the second stay at the property. I like the convenience of the hotel which is attached to T4. However, I found that overall it has deteriorated significantly and has not been well maintained in the corridors and rooms. The carpets are filthy and the rooms not cleaned to a minimum standard. The breakfast is good with many choices. The front desk staff are friendly and do attend to guests' requirements efficiently.
