Nice hotel, compact comfortable rooms. Ground floor area is well setup with a bar and light food options. Making me download the Citizen M hotel app to access the bar menu was irritating particularly as it was a super slow to load and never remembered which hotel branch I was in. Three star from me because I was super sad to find that the rooms didn't have either a tea/coffee option. This is such a basic requirement. Even my 2* motels had something. I asked if they had a kettle available, they didn't.

Amazing!
I literally think this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Haha, it’s SO clean, aesthetic, comfortable, a great price, and I love all the tech. The only thing to mention is that the King sized room is small, but that was not an issue at all for me (it just would be cramped for 2 people). Anyways super happy with this hotel! And it’s close to grand central market :) the surrounding area can be sketchy at night, but the immediate area feels pretty safe for a tourist
