Very clean and comfortable facility, near the LAX airport with a free shuttle bus services every 15 mins, fast check in, nice restaurant with great services. I’m very happy with our stay in this hotel.

Waiting for elevator for 35 minutes and was instructed to use service elevator which took 20 minutes to catch from the 9th floor.

The hotel is very dirty, carpet also dusty dan dirty, hot water not working, they provide bottled water for complimentary but some body already drink it..front desk lady very rude We will not stay there anymore...sorryyyy

Room was extremely dusty upon arrival and a bit muggy. We decided to dine at the restaurant at the property only to be met with a bug in our food. Elevator wait times are ridiculous and it seems like only 2 elevators worked properly. The guests staying above and next door to us were extremely loud and loss of hot water during our stay.
