We had a terrible experience with a damaged tv- had we not turned it on, we wouldnt have kown. Called guest services 3 times. But nothing was addressed, no replacement was offered, and no room change was provided. Had to escakate to mangmt, yet kept repeating the same issue with no resolution. DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING AND ENSURE ISSUES ARE DOCUMENTED! Very frustrating exp. Beware!
