This hotel is definitely in need of some maintenance/upgrades. The bathroom was in very poor condition; the shower control came off in my hand, water pressure was ridiculous, wallpaper was peeling off. And the windows were absolutely filthy. Also, no EV charge ports in the garage - what's up with that? If there were another decent hotel convenient to the Music Center, I would go there.

Pulled up, was greeted, with clear explanation from valet. Received assistance with luggage/items up to our room. Check-in took 5 minutes. Really liked how it was adjacent to the concert we attended. Made it so easy to leave the concert, go to the room and do whatever, then go back to the concert. The property was exceptionally clean, too. The one thing - and I mean ONE thing I have to say is I wish the water was a little bit warmer. Loved that they have 24 hours snack shop. The little cafe shop right outside the elevators (2nd floor?) was cute. Got an iced latte there and a burrito. BOTH GOOD. What? Wasn't expecting that. Overall, great experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Nothing was unique about the property. You did have to us valet, but i always get valet and their valet is fast. When you get to the front your car is pulling up. My room was down graded because they were over booked so i paid for a larger 2 bed room but received a single bed room which i had to share with my sister. For the price we paid i feel like we should've gotten what we reserved.

This is my 3rd time staying there this year….and I’m really picky where I stay when on vacation. The hotel is clean and the staff is so friendly. It’s calm and relaxing. Walking distance to Grand Central Market, which the staff recommended my 1st there and I love it. Very nice area to walk, which I do lots of daily. Very welcoming hotel.
