Please take this as a warning!! They will add parking to your bill regardless of what the sign says! They billed us on our bill$100 on top of us paying at the gate. We were required to pay at the gate to get out. We paid $226 for parking at this hotel for 40 hours. We spent 2 nights, paid at the gate both nights. and then they billed our room for incidentals for another $100. On the itemized bill of incidentals was parking fees! I tried calling the hotel and have not gotten a call back. I filled out their survey and they sent me a no-reply email that said they'd love to talk to me and didn't give me a way to contact them. I went back to the travelocity and they told me there is no refunds for cancellations. After all this, the hotel is old and run down. Bathroom sink was leaking and it ws so LOUD. The bed was comfortable though. I wish someone from this hotel would call and go over the bill with me and refund my $100 for double parking billing.

This is a tired, dirty property. Had an emergency so found something reasonably priced for last minute stay. Curtains were absolutely filthy with god knows what on them. Bathroom was ok, but walls were not clean as they should have been. Carpet did not look particularly clean, but it was a dark color.The nightly rate was cheap, but then they turn around and charge you 50 bucks to park. In fairness, beds did look clean, but slept in my sweats just in case.

This property was booked for me by a family member, for an overnight stop between international flights. As such, I was exhausted by the time I checked in at 11:15pm. Service was great, and getting there by shuttle was easy, hassle-free. All of the staff acted professionally and I felt like a valued guest at all times. Although I missed having some food at the bar (closed at 11), the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The dining team were kind and met my every need. The airport sounds from outside were sometimes audible, but it’s an airport hotel so it’s to be expected. 10/10 I would stay here again. The bedding and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean.
