This Downtown Hilton Doubletree seems to be very attractive to a very hip younger crowd. While I am not offended by the smell of pot it was very present in the lobby. Every hotel staff member was very kind and helpful I think Hilton Corp. should play up the urban atmosphere and ditch the tired and confusing Asian decore for something that reflects the surrounding artistic environment.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and supportive. Very friendly and got some very good snacks from the hotel staff. The parking was easy and there was plenty of parking. One small complaint, the beds could have been a little more comfortable. The room was nice and very clean.

The employees were so helpful and so friendly. This is not my first time staying at the Doubletree in downtown and it will not be my last. The cleanliness and the way they take care of you while you stay there, exceeds my expectations. For example, I put my debit card in the parking machine to exit the parking garage and they got stuck. I asked them to please remove and hold for me because I had a reservation to make and I couldn’t wait. They had no problem holding my card and understanding. They make you feel so comfortable and safe. I look forward to my next stay! Whether it be for a business or leisure, I hope it will be soon.

Convenient to Union Station Homeless area, not many restaurants nearby. No breakfast and $40 per night parking, outrageous!!

My room was missing a trash can, a refrigerator and only had one wash cloth. There was no pool and no mention the amenities would still be closed. They didn’t program my card properly so got stuck in the elevator. Didn’t program my parking card properly so got stuck in the garage. Not the best experience by far!!
