The staff is tremendous. The hotel is really clean and updated. The room has a forced air fan which did not cool the room down, so sleeping was uncomfortable on the warm day L.A had.

The Place is Great, Great staff great service. the problem was the Traffic and Parking. You are better off valeting ($$) then going to find parking on your own.

It was a great hotel in a great location! The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. The valet was a bit expensive, but that would be my only complaint.

Very bad customer service. It was like I was annoying them each time I spoke with anyone at the front Desk. I will not be staying there again.

Lovely hotel downtown LA

This was a smallish (compared to typical hiltons), lovely, historic hotel right in the middle of fun, walkable neighborhood). Front desk staff, Joanie, was especially welcoming & helpful. Service was great & staff was friendly & professional. Our room had a great view. The rooftop terrace with whirlpool was beautiful. This will be our go-to hotel from now on!
