The front desk tried their best considering they were under construction. But I picked this hotel, because it was halfway between the airport and cruise terminal. The hotel shuttle took forever. 4 calls later we finally got a ride a hr and a half after the 1st call.

The hotel is being renovated and expedia was informed per the hotel but did not mentioned on the website. Nb restaurant or bar and terrible odor from the construction. The room was very dated with srains on the furniture. The shuttle took 45 minutes from the airport and ubers cannot find the location. So happy to leave. Staff were pleasant but mentioned that "systems" were down and had trouble finding reservations.

Needed to stay close to Miami airport for an early morning flight. This was 3 1/2 miles away, easy to get to the airport. It was clean, large room, fast check-in and competitive pricing.

Construction...no restaurant
Very unhappy with the fact that we were never informed of the fact that they are under construction and there is no restaurant temporarily. They said they would shuttle us to any restaurant within 3 miles but when we inquired about this the shuttle driver (Paul) was VERY rude and said no he can't do it. So we had to pay for an uber to eat dinner. Front desk people were very nice.

Very disappointing experience
Such a disappointment - check in and staff were fine. Hotel is rather isolated unless you have a car. However, the main issue was that we were never made aware of redecorating works and thus no restaurant or bar available - would never have chosen this hotel if we had known this. The room was rather drab and dingy as well.
