When we arrived at MIA I immediately began to try to call the facility to arrange the shuttle—it took over an hours worth of calls before someone would answer. Then another 20 minutes later the shuttle arrived. Very frustrating and very poor service!

We reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa bed, on our arrival to the room there were no blankets or pillows, we went to the front desk and blankets were provided but said they did not have any pillows. Unbelievable!!

Dirty carpets, missing burner on stove, thermastat ready to fall off wall, bathroom water fixture stiff and hard to move. Breakfast food disappointing. Will not stay there again.
