I was told by staff that they needed my room so they were switching is to a balcony room for no charge... There are no balcony rooms. We just ended up getting a crappy room by the elevator and ice machine. I'll never book this hotel again.

Extremely late check in but we were welcomed as though it was early in the day. Room was immaculate, bathrooms very nice and clean.
