I would NEVER stay here again! My first room had a bathroom sink that backed up. When I went to the front desk to request another room, he was nowhere in sight. Another customer and I waited for over 1/2 hour, calling out for someone and he finally emerged from one of the rooms. I got another room, but had to wear shoes in the room because the carpet is so filthy. I also suspect the front desk person was sleeping in the room he finally gave me, as that is the room he emerged from. I was just too damn tired to care at that point.

We can see things did not go so well for you. I can assure you our staff was not sleeping in any rooms while on shift. We are currently in the process to begin our remodel and staff are tasked with inspecting rooms as part of this process. Assuming it was late our maintenance staff would have not been able to address the plumbing issue in your first room till morning. Switching rooms would have been the only option Hopeful you will give us another chance to see things much clearer once our new vision is finished with the remodel.

The first room we were shown was not acceptable. Dealing with Travelocity to get another room took an hour on the phone. The next room was acceptable, and we enjoyed our stay. Dealing with Travelocity was the problem.

Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Hot tub was also nice.

This is my second time staying here and just like last time, it was a good experience. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe staying here and walking to my car and I would recommend staying here. I appreciate the quick and friendly check in, super clean room, comfy bed and pillows, cold frig, microwave, easy parking, and good location.
