I didn't like that the only lobby for 2 buildings was across the street, but it really was not a big deal.

We do have a unique layout and work with all bookable channels to provide accurate room descriptions to inform guests if they will be the in the ocean front building or the main building. There are multiple room options available at the time of booking. Your experience is certainly not our norm as most of our guests have an enjoyable stay. I really liked this hotel, great location walking distance from the beach and has a nice pool! My room in the other hand was another story. My shower didn’t work, I told the front desk, and they “tried” to fix it. I was very disappointed it that area. Will I stay here again? maybe, they need to do A better job with maintenance. Loved the location though.
