They took a reservation for one night. Elevator and halls not attended to and dirty. The room was not properly cleaned. Floor was filthy, bathroom not clean. There were bugs in the room.

Decent hotel, No disernable Wi-Fi

Location: Close to the things we were looking for, nice outdoor bar at the hotel next door, low Uber fares to Broadway and Villa Romana.
The room was clean, except for the refrigerator. The Wi-Fi was impossible to get on, very weak signal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the ocean-front room was beautiful, The towels were rough and scratchy, and the bathroom had no towel racks or hooks and no hand towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All in all, I might stay here again because of the staff and good location, but I will bring my own towels and toilet paper, and maybe some of those stick and remove hooks for the bathroom.

Never Again

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, tear it down and start over, hire new staff with customer service experience
Location: the beach and the strip were steps away
My stay started off with horrible customer service (if you call it that) attendant started the check-in process only to stop to take a phone call about how the other attendants computer was not working. Five minutes later she said "oh hold on" and completed our check-in. The room was stale and smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room there were huge water spots and mold in the ceiling tiles, hangers in the closet that were of a mixed variety (wood, plastic, wire). Parking like most hotels in Myrtle Beach was limited, the door had to be slammed in order to properly close the list goes on and on. I think the highlight of our stay however was having to sign an agreement stating that management could enter our room at any time without reason and that we should not leave any valuables (jewelry included) in our room unattended. I will never ever spend a moment let alone a night in this hotel facility.

Never Again

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Starting with the staff replace them -need to tear down hotel and rebuild it How drab!
Hotel staff non caring-paid for ocean front room -did not get one because I asked for a king size bed but this was not explained to me when I ordered the room. The floors were dirty felt like they had not been swept -the shower curtain had mold on the bottom -sink had standing water in it . pitiful drab hotel for the beautiful Myrtle Beach

Honeymoon

We checked in had to ask for towels. The next day didn't clean room. WiFi was awful! Had to ask for towels again next day. Room was decent but old and floors were dirty! Towels stained. No iron or hair dryer!!!
