Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We did address the issue of the pet area. Not all guest respect spaces and other people cleanliness. However we did get the area sorted. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We do have to apologize for the long wait for the room as well. Due to us being sold out for multiple days it took longer than usual to get the rooms ready. We are looking forward to making it up to you in the future
