My room was clean but the staff was very slow about getting us clean towels. I asked on one day and had to go bk the next day and ask a second and third time before we got them. The internet was so terrible we never did get any thing connected to it. We called about that and it was no help. The pool at the neighboring hotel was an eye sore for us for our balcony view. It had a smell and it was green so every time we stood on the balcony it was terrible.

small green space for pets and it was dirty with cigarette butts banana peels and beer bottles. Check in says 4 was told room wasn’t ready, went back 15 mins later was told room was ready was handed the key get to the room and housekeeping was still in the room Overall disappointed with the property

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We did address the issue of the pet area. Not all guest respect spaces and other people cleanliness. However we did get the area sorted. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We do have to apologize for the long wait for the room as well. Due to us being sold out for multiple days it took longer than usual to get the rooms ready. We are looking forward to making it up to you in the future
