The photos displayed online are nothing like the actual property. At check in, they acted like the rooms were all taken, had to change our room to accommodate. Check in took a long time because other guests were coming in stating their key cards were not working. One guest complained of a wet bed on check in. Room was filthy and smelled of urine. There was a pigeon overtaking the balcony with a nest built into the wall near the ac unit. Within 10 minutes of check in we had “maintenance” repeat knocking on the door. Didn’t answer because my husband had left to move the vehicle. Multiple people outside of room knocking when my husband returned they stated “just making sure there are no issues with your room” a lot of shady people in and around property. Nothing like the images of a family friendly environment. No good. Stay away.

Had dirty towels, hair in the sink, no microwave, The front staff carelessly took their time checking people in, no close parking. Cheap price wasn't worth it, my husband was highly upset with the choice i made

-The room had mold in the bathroom. - there was people drunk and doing drugs everywhere I looked, including on the premises, making it always loud - I was called at 4am to open the front door because no one else would and the key card was not working - people constantly fighting, seems like there is quite a bit that May life there - bed/linen was stained and rough

This property has a cockroach infestation. The check-in line wait was 30 minutes. Keycards constantly quit working. Pool walls were dirty.

Ok first the ceiling in the lobby had ceiling tiles that were filling up with water and looking like the ceiling was about to collapse on our heads. They neglected to tell us about a parking deck that was available so there was absolutely no parking I ended up using a parking meter for $15 so I wouldn’t get towed, the next night another guest told me about the deck on the block behind hotel. The hallways smell like urine, the room smelled like a ashtray. Very old hotel, oh and the roaches! Dead roaches everywhere, in fact there was one in my suitcase when I got home. Tv didn’t work, WiFi was horrible. Skip this place! Horrible
