This resort is highly disappointing. Nothing like the pictures. My family stayed here for many years and it was a lovely resort. I’m not sure what has happened but that is not the case anymore. Dirty, no housekeeping, the poor maintenance guys were being run ragged. I wouldn’t recommend this resort if it were free. The front desk staff were kind but they have an impossible job of keeping consumers happy in an impossible situation Disappointed to say the least.

The hotel was horrible , the water pressure in the shower was barely working , no blow dryer and the staff tried to steal me and my husband things . We were taking out belongs to the car before check out time and the staff took all of our belongs still before check out time . Don’t waste your time here ! Not worth it
