Positive experience! Booked last minute for new year’s and was worried it wouldn’t be good. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. Everyone was very nice. One of the outdoor pools was heated so swimming outside was possible. My family enjoyed it and would like to return soon.

Had to wait almost 5 hours until my room was ready only to find out it was ready sooner. They wrote down the wrong phone number. I was expecting a room with a separate bedroom. The bedroom was right next to the living room and only separated by a sliding door. The bathroom was all the way at the front by the entrance so, I have to walk through the living room where my son was sleeping just to go to the bathroom. Who puts the bathroom at the opposite end of the room?! Very inconvenient. Our room was also connected to the room next door and only separated by a thin door. The family staying there were the noisiest and inconsiderate family I've ever had to room next door. The parents allowed their three kids to play hockey in the room so we had to deal with that all day. Screaming, crying, whining was what I had to deal with for 24 hours. I called front desk and demanded to be moved to another room. The request was honored and we finally got a good night's sleep. I will explore other properties for my next trip. Very disappointing stay!

My room was ready when i got there and the check-in process was smooth. Walking distance from broadway at the beach. Which is where you will find all the main attractions. The only down fall is the fact splash cove/children's pool is closed until summer. Overall it was a great experience.

I stay here every year with my daughter for a dance competition, the rooms are always nice and clean and beds are super comfortable. The location is also great as it’s very close to Broadway at the Beach, there is a grocery store around the block and other restaurants to grab a bite to eat.
