The location was ok. The refrigerator didn’t cool. The coffee maker was broke. The floors were filthy. Check in was at 4pm and we finally got checked in at 6pm. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor pool was very small and not much seating or area around it. The bartender, Melissa, was excellent!!! Very nice and helpful. The hotel had a terrible smell out in the hallway and lobby area.

The Hotel location was the best thing about the Hotel the room said new renovation but was far from that the bed was extremely hard we only had sheets on the bed the shower look like black mold or just could have been dirty I just needed a get away so I couldn’t complain I just made it work the pool wasn’t available but we made it work

This was the dirtiest hotel my family has ever stayed in. The floors of the room were filthy we cleaned them with a wet towel and then dried them and purchased a swifter to use during our stay. There were no blankets no extra pillows and the pools was never cleaned it always was dirty with sand and hair even first thing in the morning. Restaurant was closed you could only get food at the bar which isn’t optimal with kids. You should really update or close this hotel.

I liked that it was beachfront and had a parking garage. However, the staff was not friendly and there was only one staff member that seemed to know enough to help us with check in issues.
