It's after 11pm and I still don't have hot water to shower or bathe with

Mr. Raymond,Thank you for letting us know about your stay and I do apologize for the hot water. The plumber was able to get the heaters working around 10am, so I'm not sure why you still did not have hot water after 11:00. No cable on tv. Bathroom dirty. Sand on floor in room. Door was hard to shut. Towels in bathroom were dirty.Smh

The absolute only thing I liked was the view everything else was terrible! Room was dirty, bathroom counter had facial hair on it like someone shaved and it wasn’t cleaned. No toilet paper, only two towels for everyone, smoke detector went off, told the front desk staff and they said they would get to it when they could. The smoke detector still wasn’t fixed even we left.
