We arrived early and the room was ready. Check in was a breese. The room was large and well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Most important is the cleanliness of the room It was very clean. The location is ideal. It is as close to the train station as one could get. The restaurants are varied, plentiful and within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. I would have liked hot chocolate that did not have artificial sweeteners added. I prefer natural sweeteners and so did not take any hot chocolate.

your part great added nite bad

Pros: It was in the location i needed.
Cons: being told they would call police and have me removed.
Location: nice places around it
they gave me a room where at 8am next day they were tearing a building down. alful. the part you booked great. added a nite and gave my card at the desk. Got back the last night i booked door lock would not work. Had to go get key. They i got a call in room from desk. Woman said i didnt pay for final night. I reminded her i had paid and provided a card. I believe i signed it. well then she said i needed to come down and pay or she would call the police to have me removed????? Also I booked far in advance and they gave me the worst room. window was right against where they were tearing a building down. All other desk people nice. The one who called and threatened to call police should be fired. Terrible. I would not recommend this place.

Great Location

Pros: The staff was very friendly. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast. Lots of places to eat and shop in town.
Cons: I know there were coffee pods in the room but would prefer a coffee station centrally located during the day and evening.
Conveniently located a short walk from the train station. We were able to travel to Penn Station, NY and then all over the city.

Great Hotel!

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel in Westfield NJ! Lots of stores close by and great restaurants and wine bar too. Nice staff and comfortable roll away bed too!

Hotel in a great area

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Place was spotless.Westfield had a bunch of restaurants accross the seat and many had outdoor seating.Its a really nice area with a movie theater a block away.The hotel has a gourmet restaurant but the $65 fixed price menu was out of my budget.Great free breakfast though.
