Check in was easy. No problems with that but the hotel has a weird smell. The room was half cleaned. I guess it’s ok for a weekend but I also would not book at this hotel again. For check out no one was at the counter for like 10 minutes.

The staff was very unconcerned about anything even the check in and the place was dirty and very unkept

Though I am grateful that I could be checked in early however the overall experience was a 2 out of 5. Staff didn’t seem too motivated to serve. The smell was not good. My room was next to an exit that was constantly being accessed and noisy. No daily cleaning service and no facility to wash clothes. The bathtub was dirty wit a ring and pubic hair.

The room was not available after I booked it and now I, not them, have to go through hoops and hurdles to get refunded.
