"The carpet in the room could use steam cleaning, the facilities are beginning to age, families were clean otherwise. I was disappointed at the customer service/ lack thereof of the front desk receptionists. The first room I was assigned had a strong cigarette smoke smell so I had to change rooms. I called downstairs to ensure I could change rooms and when I came down the receptionist walked away as if she didn’t see me walking up for assistance. The male next to her that switched the room had attitude and in no way a apologized for the inconvenience. On top of that, I paid for a king but was placed in a double queen room. Again no apologies. I do not recommend this location as a result of the multiple issues and lack of customer service "
