It’s a little dated but within what I expected for the price. I didn’t find the staff overly friendly; the front desk (both checking in and out) didn’t even say hello. Parking isn’t very convenient anywhere in the downtown Waterside area but the parking garage isn’t too far but I thought it was expensive all things considered. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Waterside is right next door so there are good selections and just 2 or 3 blocks away are more choices. Overall a pleasant experience.

I made this reservation for myself and a girlfriend. Just two ladies out for a good time. The young lady who helped us check in a get us our room keys was simply AMAZING! She knew it was just two ladies and wanted to make sure we were safe and together! We waved to the front desk each time we passed so she would know we were ok! THEY NEED MORE STAFF LIKE THAT!!! I WILL BE BACK!

The area is terrible! The parking is basically non-existent and I had to plead for a spot in the employee parking lot. The sheets and linens were disgusting. Hot water was out. The bill was one price on an itemized sheet and my credit card statement had a charge $30 higher?
