Rooms were unkept, when down to a hilton down the road for a few dollars more.did not stay at ocean 27 left immediatley. Would really like all my money back. I trust and use teavelocity alot and this place was not as advertised.

The price was cheaper. Parking was limited. When we got to the room my husband notice a puddle of water on the floor next to the tub. Had to put towels down to clean it up. The tub would not shut off all the way so all night you heard the water leaking. The tub and walls were cracked and rusted. The refrigerator kept running loud. Had hair on my pillow case. When you walk on the floor it felt like you were walking on sand and the floor was carpeted.House keeping did a poor job in cleaning the room.

I was really happy to have a mini porch to go out and watch sunrise. The room for me anyway is very good, not a picky person.

Run down old and no refunds.Checked in first room had blood stained sheets.. 2nd room water ran all night. This is not what was represented in travelocity.

AC unit was dirty, like 10 years never cleaned, and beat up. Air quality in the room due to the AC seemed compromised. Went to the front desk for a refund and they refuse and was rude. NEVER will stay here ever again.
