The pullout bed was hardly a bed at all, I didn’t have high expectations but it was horrible. The fire alarm went off at 11:30pm all because someone burnt something in the microwave. I was there with a toddler and an infant and it was incredibly stressful to have to vacate the hotel and wait outside. And then when we were able to go back inside, there was a gentlemen being arrested and he was blocking the stairs so we had to wait in the lobby until he was apprehended. Overall, the room felt dingy, no free WiFi, no room service and we were not impressed with our stay.

The hotel was obviously not ready for the convention. Rooms were not ready and some folks at the convention had to go to another hotel. Part of this is due to the staffing shortages that everyone is experiencing so hard to give a fair rating. On the positive side, management had a great buffet breakfast and reception the evening of the confernece.

The full complimentary breakfast was very nice. Hotel is located in a good spot that is very accessible to the highway.

Mattress was uncomfortable., staff was not responsive. I requested my room cleaned every day and it was never done. When i checked in the room i reserved was not availbe and was given another room. The hotel needs updating. I do not plan on visitng this hotel again.

For the price this hotel such be spectacular.. very old and out dated. Room wasn’t clean, broken lamps, wall paper coming off walls. Bathroom very old and needed updated. Mattress was terrible! Almost $300 to stay here and it wasn’t worth the price. Hallways were dirty with salt and pepper packets. Elevator needed cleaned. Bedroom was very dirty. Very old!!!!

The room met our needs. The lobby and outside were nice and clean and I felt safe on the premises. The pool was closed which was a miss for me, my kids would have really enjoyed it. The breakfast was not impressive. The pancakes were hard. I had to take my family to breakfast outside of the hotel every morning because they wouldn’t eat the complimentary one at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay and I would go back when I visit the area.
