Thank you for sharing this with us. Not sure what was happening with the Wi-fi but we have our contractor looking into to determine where the issue came from.

We were told the breakfast buffet was free so we ate there once and now I see $120 fee for dining on my credit card.. I also requested a printed receipt to go over the bill while checking out and was told I had to get the receipt from Travelocity , he couldn’t give me one.. I have never had that experience before

Thank you for getting this information to us. I am a bit confused regarding getting a receipt from Travelocity. The 120 fee shouldn't be fore the breakfast. Please reach out to the hotel and ask for the accountant team so they can locate the information you need and we can ensure you were not charged incorrectly.

Great Hotel and Robert the Doorman was Great. DO NOT eat at the restaurant ! Slow service, Poor management and the butter they provided for the shrimp was foul. Made us sick. Do Not Eat there.

The property was very clean. Staff at Desk lacked experience and did not advise thay parking was a block away, and they charge $15 schmacks on top of it. The food at the H-Bar was delicious; kudos to Chef! Overall, staff were O K, property and food was awesome.
