Property was extremely clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in/check out. The room was exactly as what it showed in the pictures and had all the amenities that were needed.

Clean, spacious suites. Nice warm indoor pool. Well furnished. Staff was friendly. Good parking. Rooms could use more natural light. Overall, a great value just a 5 min walk from the beach

Friendly staff and good location. Rooms are a good setup for families with kids. Facilities are adequate but dated.

Not really beach front like advertised. The pool was in the main area could hardly hear the person checking us in. Temp in the room would not go below 70 degrees.

Virginia Beach getaway

Pros: Convenient close to beach.We were able to get discount tickets to the aquarium. Free parking
Cons: Allow early check-in
Location: The aquarium. Horse ridding on the beach off season. The game room and plenty of restaurants
We arrived at hotel at 3:15 pm They told us check in was 4pm I ask if they would check us in and we could come back at 4:00 and pick-up keys Nope we had to come back at 4. At 4 there we about 10 people checking in. Check-in was done at 2 desks it took a while. Since its a time share resort there is no maid service., you had to do a towel exchange everyday.I tried to sleep on the fold out couch VERY uncomfortable. The indoor pool was in the lobby. The only windows were in the bedroom The hotel was small and no where to sit outside except a small bench They only have 1 elevator it was not to bad for us since it was not crowded but it might be a wait during the summer.
