"The house was amazing in so many ways. It was large enough for a big family gathering; there were a multitude of places to find a quiet place if needed; the outdoor seating options were varied; the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for everyone; the ADA bedroom makes it so much easier with elderly members; the location to beaches and the Nubble lighthouse were just a short walk, etc etc! We had a fabulous time and super comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property. "

"The cottage is only a few meters from the ocean, and a short walk from the parking lot by Nubble Light. It has a full-size washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. There was a surprise ice storm just before we arrived, and the owners, from Florida, arranged for the steps to be cleared and salted before we got back from dinner. I have allergies, and there were no air fresheners or other perfumes. We were very happy."

"Our family of 8 were in town for a winter wedding and this home was absolutely perfect for us! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had plenty of areas for everyone to enjoy. The views from the top deck were breathtaking and it was only a short drive to the lighthouse and beach. You could easily walk to both. The open concept kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain while the boys especially loved the arcade games and air hockey in the basement. It was too chilly to use the outdoor space but it looked like another wonderful place to spend time. Monica was an exceptional host, answering all of our questions and providing a booklet of suggestions for the area ahead of our stay. We can’t wait to visit again this summer when it’s a little warmer! Thank you!"
